Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised / customised products. I am dedicated to my customers and I will ensure all products are made to a quality standard prior to shipment. However, if there are any issues with your products, please do not hesitate to contact me within 7 days of purchase via phone or email (please have all details of your order when contacting me). I will do my very best to rectify any issue.


For all personalised /customised products a draft of the design will be sent for approval (a maximum of 3 drafts) once approved your order will then be created. I work with you to create your perfect creation.


We ship Australia wide, via Australia Post the postage fee will be calculated upon checkout, a tracking number will be provided upon shipment.
